Successful claim for refund of service charge at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal - Sergey Prokofiev represents direct access claimants.

Sergey Prokofiev successfully represented a Claimant in a contested hearing before the Manchester Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.


The Claimants were the freehold owners of a property in Lancashire, and their claim was against the property's management company and alleged various malpractices, including the lack of a contingency fund, and inefficient use of service charge contributions.
