Alistair was called to the Bar in 1976 and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1995.

He is head of the Business Crime and Regulatory Law team at Lincoln House and has vast experience in fraud work.  Recent cases have included Kent Pharmaceuticals, London City Bond and Operation Venison.

Not only is Alistair regularly instructed by both Prosecution and Defence Solicitors to act in a wide range of criminal cases he also has vast experience in regulatory and public law work, this includes cases with a range of health and safety issues.
