Head of Chambers, Andrew Thomas QC, yesterday discussed the developments in Health and Safety legislation in the UK at the Health and Safety Conference 2017, hosted in association with the University of Salford.
The conference provided a comprehensive overview of current health and safety legislation; exploring the Government’s “Helping Great Britain Work Well” strategy and discussing strategies for improving workplace wellbeing.
