You need JavaScript enabled to view it Daniel Thomas joined chambers after completing pupillage with 4 King's Bench Walk Chambers, Inner Temple, London. Since joining Lincoln House he has been led by senior members of chambers in VHCC cases of fraud and confiscation and appeared before the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) and the High Court in both criminal and civil cases. Daniel was born and brought up in Lancashire before studying law at the University of Nottingham and was an overseas scholar at the National University of Singapore. He then took a first in his Masters in Law at the University of Manchester. Prior to the Bar, Daniel worked at Canada's largest law firm, McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto where he was involved in major trials in the areas of white collar crime, clinical negligence, class actions and appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada. |
