Today we welcome yet more good news: the appointment of Elizabeth Nicholls to the Circuit bench.
Libby has been in chambers since her pupillage and has been a firm favourite throughout her career at the bar.
All who know Libby will know that she will bring great empathy to the bench, together with a well developed sense of right and wrong.
She is going to sit at Liverpool. She will be very much missed in Chambers and in Manchester. She will always be welcome back and will serve the bench with distinction.
We are extremely happy for Libby and wish her all the best, although it is with a heavy heart that we say farewell to such an excellent member of chambers!
