Martin Walsh will discuss the recent Government initiatives aimed at reducing drink-related disorder.  The seminar is intended to appeal to those agencies that are charged with the responsibility of enforcing licensing legislation and in particular is aimed at enforcement officers of local authorities, police officers responsible for licensing enforcement and their legal advisors.

During the course of the seminar Martin  will review the various Government initiatives and identify recent developments in the area of licensing law enforcement.  Sufficient time will be made available for a “question and answer session” and it is hoped that the seminar will provide an opportunity for enforcement officers and their legal advisors to share their recent experience on issues relating to Licensing Law enforcement.
