Lincoln House Chambers is one of the leading sets of Chambers in the country for criminal regulatory work. A number of our members are specialists in this field and are regularly instructed to represent companies, directors and individuals in prosecutions brought in relation to health and safety, food safety, fire safety, environmental  and trading standards offences . A number of the barristers at Lincoln House are members of the List of Specialist regulatory Advocates and are instructed by the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, Local Authorities and the CPS to prosecute regulatory cases.
