During 2005 & 2006, Jeremy was involved in the Midlands in two back-to-back Carousel Fraud cases prosecuted by HM Revenue & Customs (Operations Emmersed and Shepherd). In 2007, Jeremy was Leading Junior in the successful defence of a further multi million pound Carousel Fraud in which the indictment was stayed against HM Revenue & Customs for Abuse of Process.
