Following her appointment as Counsel to the Daniel Morgan Independent Panel, Kate Blackwell QC has now been appointed as the expert legal adviser to the Gosport Independent Panel. It has been set up to investigate historic concerns about the initial care of older people at Gosport War Memorial Hospital and the subsequent investigations into their deaths.
