Chambers has a specialist Licensing Team which enables us to provide cost effective and efficient advice and advocacy to licensing solicitors, local authority solicitors and the police. Members of the team regularly appear before licensing committees, magistrates’ courts and the high court in applications and appeals under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
