Business Crime & Financial Regulation
Chambers remains a pre-eminent resource for those needing advice and representation in all fields of criminal practice. All but three members of Chambers practise in criminal law. We act for both defendants and prosecuting authorities in courts and tribunals at all levels nationwide. Immigration & Asylum
Lincoln House has a specialist licensing team that provide a valuable resource to both licensing solicitors, police forces and local authorities who require quick, efficient and effective advice and representation in contentious licensing cases.
Members of Chambers have experience conducting cases at first instance on behalf of individuals claiming asylum or seeking access under the Immigration Rules. We can also offer Counsel to conduct any appeal that might arise on a point of law from such cases.
Lincoln House has a strong team of Juniors who offer experience and expertise in all prison law matters. We offer advice on all matters of prison law, procedure and sentencing and representation in cases listed before the Parole Board.
