Ahmed joined Lincoln House in 2011. He has an exclusively criminal practice and is a senior member of the criminal team.
Ahmed has a particularly extensive practice in all fields of serious crime, including terrorism, and is in demand both to lead the defence as well as to take a junior brief. He has been involved in some of the highest profile defence cases both in the Northern and North- Eastern circuits.
Since 2004 Ahmed has sat as Recorder in the Crown Court.
He is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
