CHARLOTTE HOLLAND SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTED 11 DEFENDANTS IN SHAM MARRIAGE CONSPIRACY.
Charlotte Holland was instructed by the CPS complex casework unit. ITV news had followed the story from before the arrests to the successful conclusion and produced a special report which was broadcast on 6th March 2013. The Defendants were sentenced yesterday to a total of 22 years imprisonment.
