Inquest & Inquiry

Lincoln House Chambers is one of the leading barristers’ chambers nationally for public inquiry and inquest work. Over the last two decades chambers members have had a significant, top to bottom, involvement in the most notable and significant inquests and inquires in both England and Ireland.

Civil Law

Lincoln House has a well respected civil team with extensive experience in personal injury, fatal accidents, criminal injuries compensation cases and actions against the police for malicious prosecution, assault and false imprisonment. Members accept instructions in professional negligence actions.
