Suzanne Goddard QC Appointed as Circuit Judge

Lincoln House Chambers is delighted to announce that Suzanne Goddard QC has been appointed as a Circuit Judge. She has been a member of Lincoln House Chambers since 1986 when she commenced her pupillage under Alan Conrad QC. She will sit on the Northern Circuit at Crown Square from May 5th. Chambers wishes her every success in her new role.

Head of Chambers Alistair Webster QC said of the appointment: ” Suzanne Goddard has been, from her earliest days, a star at the bar and an example of all that is best at the bar. Junior of the Northern Circuit, member of the Bar Council, Treasurer of Chambers – all these speak of a commitment to the process of justice far wider than simply pursuing what has been, on any view, a highly successful career. Combining skill, charm, hard work and insight, Suzanne thoroughly merited her appointment to silk.

She now leaves chambers to join the bench. Our great loss will be matched by their gain. She will be very much missed in chambers. She goes with our best wishes for the future.”
