The Registrar of the International Criminal Court at the Hague in the Netherlands has approved Abdul Iqbal KC with immediate effect for inclusion to the International Criminal Court’s approved list of counsel.
Abdul Iqbal KC is now entitled to accept instructions and appear as counsel in cases before the International Criminal Court (“ICC”).
The ICC investigates and, where warranted, tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community.
The ICC is currently engaged globally in investigations and proceedings relating to genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression.
Abdul Iqbal KC also now becomes a member of the International Criminal Court Bar Association at The Hague.”
