8 members appointed to List of Special Advocates in Heath & Safety and Environmental Law

Lincoln House Chambers is delighted to announce that 8 of its members have been appointed to the List of Specialist Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law. The new appointees will be able to prosecute health and safety cases on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive and environmental cases on behalf of the Environment Agency.

Dan Thomas has been appointed to List A, having previously been a member of List C.

Alan Taylor has been appointed to List B having not previously been on the Regulatory list.

Austin Welch has been appointed to List B, having not previously been on the Regulatory List.

Simon Gurney has been appointed to List B, having not previously been on the Regulatory List.

Leila Ghahhary has been appointed to List B, having not previously been on the Regulatory List.

Ellen Shaw has been appointed to List C, having not previously been on the Regulatory List.

Matthew Howarth has been appointed to List C, having not previously been on the Regulatory List.

Lee Hughes has been appointed to List C, having not previously been on the Regulatory List.
