Rebecca Filletti and Richard English KC, instructed by POCA Solicitors, secure acquittal for 14-year-old defendant in joint enterprise murder case

The 6 week trial, before Mr Justice Bright at Manchester Crown Court, concluded with one of the three youth defendants being convicted of Murder. The remaining two defendants who were charged with Murder were convicted of the lesser charge of Manslaughter and received sentences of 2 years and 4 months and 2 years and 10 months.
