Brenda has been recognised following her successful representation of Kneecap rapper Liam Óg Ó Hannaidh.

The Divisional Court dismissed the prosecution’s appeal against the decision of the Chief Magistrate to strike out the case, confirming that the prosecution had been brought out of time, as the permission of the Attorney General was required at the point the written charge was issued.
