Anthony Horsfall Secures Conviction in Complex Child Sexual Abuse Case

Anthony Horsfall successfully prosecutes a prolific child sexual offender for a series of sexual assaults on young children, all aged between 7 and 10. The case involved a
substantial volume of CCTV and forensics evidence alongside the victim’s ABE evidence. The defendant’s modus operandi involved approaching victims in wooded areas beside playing fields before offering payment in return for the victim engaging in sexual activity, including penetrative sexual activity. Following his conviction, the defendant received a 22-year extended determinate sentence. Mr Horsfall received praised for the sensitive manner in which he dealt with case.
