On 18 June, Sam gave a seminar on how best to present claims to several fee-earners at AMT Lawyers in Blackburn. Topics included stage 3 and trial preparation, witness statements and pleadings. Sam also gave a credit hire “update” which included an analysis of the often-quoted Irving v Morgan Sindall [2018] EWHC 1147 (QB). Feedback obtained suggests the seminar was very well received by the audience who found it to be relevant to their work and “really helpful”.
