Ged Doran & Leigh Wright Secure Acquittal for Company Director

Ged Doran, instructed by Leigh Wright of Tuckers Solicitors, achieved the acquittal of a Company Director following a 4 week VAT and PAYE fraud allegations trial.

The proceedings were marked by a contentious defence strategy from the company accountant, who was ultimately convicted.
