Abigail Holt has attended the annual 2016 Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) conference of international lawyers in Madrid. Topics have included consideration of many issues relating to: cross-border personal injury claims in Europe and beyond; the new Spanish Bareme; and identification of the practical problems thrown up by the Brexit referendum and future enforcement of Judgments in Europe.
