Alistair Webster QC represented the former owner of a group of companies providing chauffer driven cars to corporate entities and airlines in the High Court. The defendant faced an action alleging deceit from his former partners in relation to a large investment in the company.
After a three day trial the action was dismissed, with the judge ordering the Claimant to pay the Defendant’s costs on an indemnity basis.
Following the trial Mr Webster received thanks from the Defendant describing him as “absolutely great”.
