Andrew Nuttall has successfully prosecuted an ex postman in Liverpool Crown Court for placing a victim operated IED outside another postman’s address in Heysham in Lancashire. The incident goes back to 1999 and was featured in the BBC programme Crime watch at the time. The police investigation was revived when new information came to light in 2010. Sentence will take place at a later date.
