BRENDAN O’LEARY SECURES ACQUITTAL IN MAJOR CLASS A DRUGS SUPPLY CASE

Following a 10 week trial at Southampton Crown Court, Brendan O’Leary secured the acquittal of his client who had been accused of conspiring with others to supply over £600,000 of cocaine and heroin in Brighton, Southampton, and Winchester between 2013-2014.

The trial followed a major police investigation lasting over 3 years. The prosecution produced over 20,000 pages of evidence encompassing covert surveillance, phone and cell site evidence, financial records, and various other detailed streams of evidence.
