After the successful completion of her pupillage, under the supervision of Austin Welch, Chambers is delighted to announce that Constance Halliwell has accepted an offer of tenancy.
Constance has had a wide ranging pupillage and has impressed chambers members from the outset. During her 1st six Constance assisted Austin Welch in the Manchester Arena Inquiry and several substantial and complex regulatory matters. During her 2nd six Constance has gained experience in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts by prosecuting and defending an array of matters but particularly regulatory and general crime. Constance has also represented both claimants and defendants in a variety of civil matters.
Constance has already secured several fantastic results for her clients and is developing an excellent reputation for her very thorough preparation, client care skills and effective advocacy.
