Chris Daw Q.C. and Austin Welch represented retired Chief Constable Mick Creedon and retired Superintendent Christopher Thomas in the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse investigation into the allegations of sexual abuse by Lord Janner of Braunstone Q.C. The evidence considered by the Inquiry was heard in mostly closed sessions in October last year and two reports, one that was made public and one that is restricted and sent to the Home Secretary, were published on 19 October 2021.
