Chris Daw QC acted for Simon Halabi, in a week long trial at Southwark Crown Court for racially aggravated assault.
Mr. Halabi was one of Britain’s richest men, involved in the London property market, before the financial crisis.
He was alleged to have assaulted and racially abused a recycling collector, outside his Mayfair home, but a jury decided that he acted in self-defence.
Mr. Halabi was acquitted of all charges, after an investigation lasting almost two years.
