Covid-19 Inquiry Module 3 Report Published

On Thursday 19 March 2026, The Rt Hon the Baroness Hallett DBE, Chair of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, published her report for Module 3 of the Inquiry. Module 3 examined the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on healthcare systems across the United Kingdom. This included how government and public responses affected healthcare outcomes, as well as an assessment of the capacity of healthcare systems to respond to a pandemic.
