Alistair Webster QC has recently acted for an advertising agency in the First Tier Tax Tribunal in relation to the denial of VAT reclaim. During the judgment of the Tribunal, the Tribunal paid tribute to what they described as Alistair’s “ acute forensic skills.”
Alistair has a number of cases currently before the FTT, ranging from alleged MTIC to Warehouse Keeper’s approvals and has experience of such cases in both the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal, dealing with issues involving both legal and factual disputes.
