Ged Doran, leading Richard Dawson, were instructed on behalf of AS, who faced charges of conspiracy to rob; having a firearm with intent; and wounding with intent.
After more than a month of evidence, the Trial Judge acceded to a submission of no case to answer on behalf of AS and stopped the prosecution against him, accepting that there was insufficient evidence for a Jury, properly directed, to convict upon it. AS was found not guilty on all charges on the direction of the Judge.
