Module 1 of the UK Covid Inquiry has completed its public hearings into the state of preparedness and resilience of the United Kingdom in the years leading up to the pandemic.
Kate Blackwell KC and Hugo Keith KC called over 60 witnesses – prime/first ministers, cabinet ministers, politicians, civil servants – from all four nations, world-renowned experts and representatives of the bereaved family groups.
