The members of Lincoln House Chambers have been very much saddened by the death of Her Late Majesty, Elizabeth II. For all our lives, she has been a constant presence at the heart of our systems of law. Many members of chambers were proud of being described as Queens’ Counsel.
We wish to pass our condolences on to the Royal Family. Her Majesty will very much be missed.
The Crown plays a prominent role in many aspects of the life and work of our Courts. We wish every success to His Majesty King Charles III as he assumes such vital duties under our constitution.
