Lincoln House Chambers are delighted to announce that members have been accepted to service the Safeguarding Case Management Programme (SCMP) through Sports Resolutions – an independent, not for profit, dispute resolution service for sport.
With the support of Sport England and the National Lottery, Sports Resolutions provides case management assistance to National Governing Bodies (NGBs) in relation to safeguarding matters, providing advice and assistance following a referral or disclosure, investigations and hearings.
We look forward to working with Sports Resolutions in the areas of tribunal representation, expert opinion, arbitration and mediation
