Lincoln House Chambers Host Women in Criminal Law ‘A Whistle Stop Tour of Bloodstain Pattern Analysis’ Seminar

On Thursday evening Lincoln House Chambers were proud to support WICL by hosting an informative and interactive evening with Professor (Hon) Jo Millington, one of the UK’s leading forensic scientists and bloodstain pattern analysis experts.

The session provided an accessible introduction to the fundamentals of BPA, and explored how bloodstain evidence can assist in understanding events within an investigation. The evening also offered valuable practical insight into how bloodstain evidence can be interpreted, scrutinised and challenged within criminal investigations and proceedings.

The evening was an excellent opportunity for members of WICL to come together in a relaxed and informative setting, while gaining valuable insight into a specialist area of forensic evidence.
