Local Businessman Cleared – Simon Csoka QC

Leading Lincoln House Chambers barrister, Simon Csoka QC represented Cheshire businessman Arran Coghlan in his recent trial at Liverpool Crown Court.

Mr Coghlan had been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and had spent nine months on remand at HMP Manchester, previously known as Strangeways.

He had denied any links with criminality, this was the fourth major trial that Mr Coghlan has been involved in which has resulted in his acquittal.
