The Manchester Arena Inquiry Volume Three Report Published Today

The Manchester Arena Inquiry was established to investigate how, and in what circumstances, 22 people tragically came to lose their lives in the attack at the Manchester Arena on 22 May 2017.

The third and final report of the Inquiry details the Chairman’s findings and recommendations on radicalisation and preventability.

The report considers the evidence heard by the Chairman during the oral hearings on radicalisation, the planning and preparation of the attack, and whether the attack could have been prevented.
