Richard English and Austin Welch will be appear in the Court of Appeal on Tuesday representing two Manchester men who received prison sentences following the recent disturbances in Manchester and Salford.
It is understood that the Lord Chief Justice will preside at the hearing which will hear ten appeals against sentence from Manchester and Chester Crown Courts.
