Operator’s Licence retained at Public Inquiry

Richard Dawson was instructed by Kathryn Lucas at The Environment Practice to represent both the Operator and the Transport Manager of a livestock haulage company, who had been called to Public Inquiry.

In both cases, the Traffic Commissioner was persuaded that there should be no loss of repute or, in the case of the TM, loss of professional competence.  The O Licence was retained and the status of the TM maintained.

Richard Dawson is an expert trial lawyer, specialising in transport law, defending corporate bodies and individuals facing regulatory investigation and prosecution.
