Peter Wright KC and Clare Ashcroft represented former MEP and Welsh Assembly Leader Nathan Gill.  Instructed by Christopher Macmaster of RMNJ Solicitors.

The first politician to be subject to proceedings s.2 Bribery Act 2010, Nathan Gill was sentenced on 21^st November 2025 following guilty pleas to 9 offences of bribery spanning an 8 month period.  The case concerned the operation of supra-national government and parliamentary privilege within the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
