Having been an Assistant Coroner in the West Yorkshire (Eastern) Coroners area since 2014, we’re delighted to announce that Phil Holden has now been appointed as an assistant Coroner in the Lancashire Coroners area.
Phil regularly appears in Jury and Article 2 Inquests and has a wealth of experience. He has represented families, NHS trusts, private care providers and police officers. He is able to accept instructions in all inquests
