‘Phoney billionaire’ De Rothschild con man fraud trial concludes

The fraud trial of ‘phoney billionaire’ Alexander Marc D’Arikin de Rothschild Hatton concluded last Wednesday after 3 ½ weeks of evidence at the Bristol Crown Court.

Charlotte Holland leading Daniel Thomas, instructed by Carter Moore, received praise for their conduct of the Defence of Mr de Rothschild Hatton from the trial judge HHJ Julian Lambert who stated after proceedings concluded: “This trial was conducted with conspicuous ability by the Bar. Mr Rothschild-Hatton was defended in the best tradition of the legal profession in this country.”
