Two Burnley door staff were acquitted by a jury of assault following a trial at Burnley Crown Court on Friday (25 March) .
The prosecution alleged that staff at a town centre pub had manhandled a customer and punched him in the face a number of times. Notwithstanding a number of witnesses called to support the complainant the jury acquitted both men.
