Saint Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) provides a comprehensive and co-ordinated forensic, counselling and aftercare service to men, women and children living in the Greater Manchester area who have experienced rape or sexual assault. On 15 January 2022 they held their “Best Practice Day” where doctor’s, counsellors and Independent Sexual Violence Advocates met to discuss the latest developments relevant to the work they do.
