Sarah Magill successfully defends in sensitive Court Martial proceedings

Sarah Magill defended the senior soldier from a sensitive unit charged with a recordable criminal offence.

Following a two-day trial involving special measures and evidence heard interchangeably both in public and in private, the defendant was acquitted after just 27 minutes of deliberation.
