Following a seven day trial at Newport Crown Court in Wales, Simon Gurney secured the acquittal of his client who had been accused of indecently assaulting three young girls between 1978 and 1999. The jury took just over one hour to return not guilty verdicts in respect of all eleven counts alleged against Simon’s client.
