The Cumbrian Inquest into the death of Derrick Bird and 12 others

Andrew Nuttall successfully represented the North West Ambulance Service in the inquest which was held in Workington and which heard evidence about a unique set of circumstances for the  emergency services, and is yet another important inquest which he has been instructed in.

Presently working on the preparation of a number of others and will be offering an insight with a seminar during June.

Andrew is one of many senior barristers at Lincoln House Chambers and complementing his busy regulatory practice he has also recently completed an MTIC fraud case, defended a school teacher charged with sexual allegations. He is timetabled to prosecute cases involving  charges of murder , a large drugs conspiracy allegation concerning many defendants, defending  two police officers in separate cases.
