Sarah Magill, instructed by Forbes Solicitors, defended a mother charged with multiple counts of possession of prohibited firearms. The client denied the allegations, running two carefully prepared legal defences. The crown offered no evidence against her, shortly before her trial.
Sarah, instructed by Shafi & Co, also defended a man charged with burglary. Sarah applied to exclude the bulk of the crown’s evidence against the client. The crown conceded the application and offered no evidence against him on the first day of his trial.
