Ahmed Nadim, instructed by Sahota & Sahota Solicitors, Leicester, secured the acquittal of a British military officer accused of raping a German national whilst serving time in Germany. The trial commenced on the 3rd December at the Court Martial Centre, in Sennelager, Germany, and lasted 4 days.
During the course of the proceedings, the Prosecution appealed a decision of the trial judge concerning the Indictment, that application was heard in London before the Court Martial Appeal Court and was also defeated.
